On CX3, there are two paths to export files:
- Main Menu>Data>Export
- Main Menu>Data>Report
Main Menu>Data>Export
Main Menu>Data>Export>User: The exported file is used for user backup and can't be read.
Main Menu>Data>Export>Record: In the old version of CX3, the record report can't be exported in XLS format. It can only export these three unreadable files.
- Solution: Contact technical support for firmware upgrade.

Main Menu>Data>Report
This is a path that generates the report of CX3. The report can be downloaded in XLS format and can be read.
